Wedding bands in process!

I am having bands made for Clara…my 2c ACA engagement ring. Attached are pics of the CAD and the actual rings without the accent diamonds. Since Clara is an ACA I wanted the accent diamonds to match her quality. I am also attaching the HCA scores for the accent diamonds that I want to use. It is very hard to find all of the quality details in diamonds this small that match in size, but I think these will work. Thoughts?

Did you ask Whiteflash about their ACA melee diamonds? They should have been able to secure some stones for you. As for the others, you have one that is cut more as a Tolk at 33.5/40.8 and another that is cut as a 60/60 with 60/60.3. MIght not make a big difference at .18 carats, but they are not cut quite the same.

I did not ask Whiteflash because they aren’t making my bands and I didn’t see any small enough stones listed on their site, but I definitely can call them. I did notice the difference in table and depth on those two, but didn’t think it would matter much since they are the same diameter and so small. I will check into it though! Thank you!

They don’t have certified stones that are that small be they can access melee of that size. Since you have an ACA and are trying to match, might be good to just ask them.
In terms of the other two, it may not matter at all but if you wanted them to match - sort of a mind clean thing - you might want to reconsider. At that carat weight, it might not matter at all and it is up to you to choose what to use. Can’t wait to see your finished ring!!

I would personally want the tables to be closer. Table size affects the appearance of teh facet patterning and that will be evident even at that size IMO.

And if you are someone who looks closely at your ring all the time, you would probably see the 60/60 stone being brighter (larger table reflection), and the other with more fire.
