So far, I have ordered the plain band to wear when I’m not wearing the e-ring. Still deciding if I should get a sparkly band or not for everyday wear. I am not a fan of curved bands, so that would not be an option for me. Feedback appreciated!

You could look at a half-eternity with Single Cuts or French Cuts or Peruzzi Cuts... :)

Any of these would look gorgeous with your OMC - MRBs may have the wrong facet pattern/size to work well with the broad facets of an OMC
I completely agree with this. You’ll want to match the metal color as well as style of stones; otherwise the MRB cut diamonds will make your centerstone look dull and lifeless which would be a shame since it’s so pretty.

I’d suggest going for a very thin engraved band or something with broader facets. These might be good choices:

These are awesome choices! I agree with wearing something like this, without your ER, but as much as I know you’re not a fan of curved bands, I do believe they will compliment your ER, better, when you have it on. The straight band looks great on its own.

I love the square cut band, but think it is too much with your ring. Have you tried a band above and below your ring? More than one band?

Personally, I would go with a plain skinny band, or an antique style single cut / french cut half eternity. Or both?! I think anything too wide, modern or blingy will detract from your lovely engagement ring. But obviously you can have a blingy band for wearing alone. There are no rules :Up_to_something:

301B734B-05B1-4C98-909C-6CBCF147CFA1.jpeg Unexpected twist! I ended up with what seems like half a ring wrap in a marquise sunburst pattern with milgrain. It’s unusual, but I think it looks pretty awesome. Found today at the NYC antique jewelry show.

Thanks, all! I tried another that I loved, but unfortunately, because it was an eternity band, it was not sizable. :cry2: 88BDDB4A-1045-4075-95FC-ACDF8D8978D8.jpeg

Seems like a lot of the genuine Art Deco bands are full eternity, so I may be in for a long hunt with my tiny fingers. The good news is that the ballerina-style band was so cheap that I’ll be able to afford another when the time comes! If anyone has a recommendation for a NYC B&M shop I could try, I’m all ears.

Oh my word. girl!!!!!!!!

What a ring...the possibilities are endless. I'd start with a 2mm engraved band, with or w/o tiny diamond accents.
(not necessarily an eternity, though)

I absolutely LOVE what you picked! I love unique bands and sets that are vintage looking. It’s all beautiful! You should find one like the other one too just so you can sometimes wear just the band :).

Is there a detail on the shank of the ring that could be made into a thin ring. A thin ring that had some gemstone bling that would compliment your gorgeous engagement ring that could be worn every day if you wanted to.
