Wedding band help!

A beautiful solitaire with a 7 stone ring is the ultimate classic wedding look! I love, love 7 stone bands. My only concern with a u-prong band is that the band may sit high and rub against your e-ring. I personally prefer the shared prong low set look (memoire style) or a very low set basket setting (tiffany style). Has wf provided any recommendations on the band setting and can you please share your solitaire setting?

Hey SimoneDi! That was very helpful. I didn't realize that it actually might rub against the e-ring. This is the setting.. I have not discussed with length with WF, but i do like the ACA's so would prefer to stick with them. Do you have any other suggestions from WF?

Very pretty solitaire! I would ask them how high the u-prong style sits. Also, you can always get a very delicate spacer in between. I personally prefer a very low set band shared prong style. I looked WFs website, I guess the style is something like this: https://www.whiteflash.com/wedding-rings/diamonds-for-an-eternity-3-4-diamond-wedding-band-850.htm
I would want the stones set as low as possible with as little metal as possible and I personally like the scalloped look. I realize this is a different vendor, but here is kinda what I mean: http://www.briangavindiamonds.com/w...bands/eternity-bands/dream-half-eternity-5392
And ignore the number of diamonds, it could be done with any number of stones. I really like how scalloped the diamonds are. I like how some of the diamonds are visible form the profile, so it slightly gives it that u-prong look.

What size are you? Do you know what size you want each of the 7 stones to be?

SimoneDi, I absolutely love your BGD recommendation. My SO's size is somewhere between a 3.5-4. Looking for each stone in a 7 stone setting to be roughly .1

Right now, this is what i'm considering. https://www.whiteflash.com/wedding-...red-prong-diamond-wedding-band-372.htm#size=6. The height is 2.3mm so not sure if that would interfere with the prongs of the e-ring.

That band style is pretty, low set and it looks comfy.
One comment re the size, I am size 5.5 and 10pt seven stone looked just fine on me and I thought that it completed with my then 1.8ct diamond. My absolute favorite was with 7pt diamonds or so and I think that all work well with your SO's delicate hand. Even 6pt each will work well.

Simone, thank you for your replies. They have been very helpful. I will certainly consider the 7 pt diamonds now. Since her size is 3.5-4, that part is throwing me off. I know she may at times want to wear it as a standalone. But also am looking for something that will complement her 1.8 as best as possible also.

Yep, 7pt would be my best suggestion. The band is still significant on its own and especially on a size 3.5-4! Here is a pic of a 7pt band with a solitaire I had (1.5ct cushion) and again size 5.5.
