OK, probably not going to get this anytime soon, but couldn't help but look into it for next year. I was looking at possible wedding bands. The dream band might be a french cut eternity band, but even if I could afford that, I don't know if I'd want to. Like 6k+. Here's my ring again and then some non matchy options I was considering. I would love your opinions pro and cons.

THE RING

and the options in truly no order:
Number 1: http://www.markbroumand.com/product/220ct-pear-shape-diamond-eternity-band__2263-1d2683420.aspx
Except mine would be 1 to 1.25 carat with millgrain. Price would then be $2500

Number 2: http://www.micropave.com/index.php/bands/wedding-bands/double-string-band-marina.html
price $2600 and I would chose single cut

Number 3 http://www.micropave.com/index.php/bands/wedding-bands/wedding-band-with-royal-v-cut-pave.html
Price is $2800 for size 5

And Lastly as a cheaper option Number 5: http://www.briangavindiamonds.com/home/ring-details/?product_id=5596
$1075 in platinum, would be millgrained

I like the BGD option best. Will be a contrast without being too contrasty, and I don't think you'll need a spacer.

Hmmm...I like the Leon Royal Pave band and the BGD bezel round. Pears don't do much for me but hey if you love 'em...The other Leon's would just get lost next to your blingy e-ring IMO... ;))

I like the antique calibre band the best.

#4! Without a doubt.

Leon's antique calibre.

For two reasons
-it will look fantastic next to your ring - they complement each other in style, but I don't think it would be matchy-matchy enough to look like a set
-you are such a Leon fan, I think it would eventually bother you to not to have something of his handiwork for something as dear as your wedding band 8)

Singlestone - nice!

What's the width of your ER shank again Deb? Would the antique calibre be too skinny next to it?

I like that last Single Stone band you posted, it's gorgeous!

I believe my shank is 2mm or slightly over. I love the antique calibre, but does this sound lame... it's just so much money for something so small. It's like if I'm gonna spend 2k, I want a little more. I'm in no hurry anyways. This is most likely a project for sometime in the next year unless some moola happens to fall my way.

Here's my thoughts. Please tell me your reactions. I need your guys' awesomeness.

Antique calibre- pros: gorgeous and unique. Would definitely "go" with my ering without being matchy. Thin would be comfortable. Cons. So much money for so little actual stuff. I understand from owners of the ring that it's not really blingy. I maybe want more sparkle.

Pear and Round- pros: I really love this ring in theory because I love almost every cut and it would be cool to have them on the finger. Plus the millgrain will give a nice antique look. Cons: at 3mm is it too wide? Is it too non matchy?

Royal V- Pros a lot of ring for the price and probably really sparkly. Cons: might again be too wide at 3mm.

BGD- Pros: thin and comfortable, blingy, antiqued with the milgrain, great price. Cons: is it not unique enough?

Singlestone: Pros gorgeous and unique cons: can't quite imagine it next to my ering. Same price as the antique calibre

I like #3 but it might be too big next to your ering. I love the singlestone one.

I vote for either #2 or the singlestone...however, I do think it's hard to picture these things...does singlestone have a return/exchange policy? If they do, maybe start there (or with someone who does have an exchange policy).
