Watch clasp irritation

My new watch has a metal clasp that you push in & the band pops open.
The clasp keeps digging into my arm & since my skin is hyper sensitive, it's getting a bit of a rash. I tried to loosen the strap but it still happened.
Any ideas what to use? I love my watch but don't love the rash.

What does this mysterouse new watch look like ?
Would a new strap be out of the question ?
Is it a leather or a metal strap
....sounds like its metal ?
So i guess not

Oh i remember very much admiring that bear watch :kiss2: when you first posted it

ive never seen a confirmation quite like that
but there must be a solution that does not visually deminish the overall look
I love the tarten strap
the clasp does look very painfully angular

Yes it is angular-the clasp sides get pushed in to pop it open .
I love the bear too- so cheerful & cozy

Ha ha @Daisys and Diamonds i needed that laugh thank you so much!

(Even though it hurts :(2 ) the watch strap clasp is a good distraction for you right now !

After the Christchurch earthquakes when everyone was having major battles with insurence companies my sister also had major problems with her son with his mental health and behsbour issues and anxiety plus his learning disability

she came to enjoy the insurance company cra#p just as a destration and ended up with a waaaaay nicer rebuilt thanks to it (im sure they would have rather had a well son)

her son is doing better now 10 years on now he's at high school
