oh my - I love this eternity ring, but does anyone know anything about this place?? Or anyone know of a reputable place that has one (dreaming of paying less than $1000)....thank you!

I love that band too but I am sketched out by the vendor a little bit. They have a lot of positive feedback on ebay but also some telling negative and neutral feedback, like "diamonds were cloudy." If you feel like risking it, I would just check their return policy to make sure it is 100% returnable and then put it on a credit card with good buyer protection, just in case.

Band is very lightweight, (about 1/8 ounce). 1.50cts of well cut diamonds of the quality listed will sell at wholesale to a jeweler for at least the price asked for the whole piece, leaving NOTHING for the making of the band, even with low oveseas labor this is hard to do. Makes one wonder about the grading and the cutting. I would not expect this to be a good value, nor will you be able to find a well made piece in this design for even the amount asked, let alone for less.

I have really no idea who this vendor is... so I cant comment on that part.
But based on what you write, I am going to have to disagree.

You are right that it will be a hard task to leave any margins on a ring like this..., but it is certanly doable by quite a few entities.
And could even be considered good value.
