I bought this super sparkling 1.23 ct diamond used off of Craig's list for $3500 two weeks ago. In it's setting, it was appraised at about $9k, but I don't think the used market on diamonds is very good, and I'm sure that most of the appraised values are based on repurchasing, for insurance reasons ... not street price. For anyone on a budget, it's something to consider. I'm certain these rings would go for $9k - $12k in B&M. Granted, I have no warranties, but I found an excellent jeweler who I'm sure would work with me if anything went wrong. He charged about $100 for mounting and two sizings. He did all the work right in front of us in his workshop.

Thanks forum, for all your help! My girl is very happy and can't stop looking at it!

This picture shows the band in better focus, although the diamond is a little blurry.

Definitely!! Although, from the main page, it looked even more like a steal, since the last two zeros in the price were missing. $57 would *literally* be a steal for that ring.

lovely! glad you found something to fit your budget!

Thanks for the comments, I had a difficult time taking pictures due to lack of light that day, but will post more if I give it a second attempt. The picture above is with about a two second exposure, which may have caused some movement blur.
