EGL Israel, huh? Do you really want a G/SI 1?

If the cert was issued in Israel, then yes.

If your budget is not flexible, I would personally go down to F or G in color, stay in VS clarity and find a better cut stone. A better proportioned EC will look larger than this one so you could drop ct weight a bit as well and have the same spread as this stone does.
