Upgrading Earrings

Diamond studs that is. I have a set. Is there any vendor that would take these in trade? Each stone is under 1ct.

If not are there vendors I can buy from and then in a couple of years upgrade those stones? I see that I can do that with James Allan, but that I have to spend 2x the amount of the stones I''m turning in. Any vendors let you go up in smaller amounts?

I know that with all the folks here who upgrade and update their jewelry one of you will have experiences to share with me! THANKS

You can buy from these vendors who have a 100% upgrade policy on some of their diamonds - you could ask if they would take yours in but not many vendors do apparently.

I think any vendor that upgrades the stone does that.

OK I see that

GOG has changed their policy and a diamond of equal or greater value can be purchased with the $ origionally paid for the 1st diamond from GOG going toward it.

Whiteflash says a diamond of greater value can be purchased with the $ origionally paid for the 1st diamond from WF going toward it.

So far if I want to buy something and then later upgrade it GOG and WF look like good choices.


Nobody knows a place where I can trade in my pre PS studs???
