I purchased a MRB LGD from Ritani. They receive the stone in their hand from the original vendor to confirm that it is the stone in the IGI cert. report. Same thing years ago with an earth mined from BuyDiamondDirect in Miami. They received the stone to inspect it too. But it came from a vendor that they knew was good and reliable. Also with USA CertedDiamonds; Martin Sheffield, a GIA gemologist, he inspected my EM diamond before he sent it to me. So Important to deal with a reputable vendor.

Guess there can be not so reliable suppliers and vendors out there and the reliable vendors check the diamonds from the supplier before they pass them on to the customer.

All the stones I purchased on Ebay I took to a GIA gemologist to confirm their authenticity. One was a 3.19 blue unheated sapphire.

So sorry you all are dealing with this vendor. I've had excellent results with all my disputes when using PayPal. So hopefully you will too.
