Unique engagement ring designs

Hi ladies and gents - Wow it''s been quiet here on the LIW boards lately.

I was wondering if you''ve seen any realy "out there" or remarkable engagement designs?


I was cruising Etsy an came across this super minimalist engagement ring : Svea
It has a 1mm band

What do you think ? I''d like to see it set with some ACA melee.

I think it''s and interesting departure from the popular oppulence of Tacori and Verragio, but i''m not sure how it would stand up to daily wear.

It''s so delicate - I''d realy like to try one on.


Have you found any realy uniqie designs?

I think it''s pretty! I would also be afraid of how delicate the band is, and might not want it for an e-ring, but I like the look.

I like it, but it looks like more of a stacking band. My ering is currently being made, and is an unusual design.

I don''t have a picture because it would have to be customed designed, so I''m going to try to explain it the best I can. A simple white gold thin band with a princess cut diamond turned so it is in a kite-like setting (with the points facing North, South, East, West in stead of the square look) with a thin halo of diamonds around it. I can''t find a ring like this, but ever since I saw a girl (who was actually on this board at one point) with a kite setting, I completely fell in love with it. But I guess it can be considered unique.
