Union Diamond Returns

Has anyone here tried returning anything to Union Diamond? If so was it difficult? Easy? What sort of issues did you encounter?

I made two purchases but have not returned anything to Union Diamond. But they do have a 30 return policy if you do need to return anything. I do believe custom jewelry is non returnable. I''d probably give them a call though.
