Two tone RG/WG halo engagement ring

Hi all-

I'm looking to purchase an engagement ring for a March proposal. Ideally, I'd love to have a two tone RG/WG halo engagement ring with a thicker band (with diamonds going down to about halfway or 3/4 of way). Center stone either RB or cushion (don't mind crushed ice look, or slight fluorescence). I know a. jaffe has a number of two tone halos, but I'm looking to spend a max of around $7-8,000 on the whole purchase. Any suggestions? Center stone I'd like to be in the .9-1.1 range (clearly leaning more towards .9 for price), and would just like it to be eye clean from arms length, down to H/I (as long as halo isn't in stark contrast), and a cut that'll allow it to sparkle. Anyone have any combinations or jewelers they could recommend?
