OK, she''s wearing the .72 stone in the simple white gold tiffany style solitaire setting that I proposed to her with & is completely happy with it. She does not want a wedding band, but rather a wrap to go around the solitaire. What she is looking for is basically a wrap to emulate a small leaf flowing out & down each side of the diamond above the top of the solitaire ring itself. Yes, just two leafs - one for each side of the ring. We''ve looked around here in Columbus, Ohio but the first place that gave us an estimate said $750 and 6-8 weeks to make it (white gold). Trust me, I thought I had a lot of time to do this, but she talked to me last week and we''ve decided to move the wedding up from June 18 of next year to August 14 of this year! Ouch! I''ve got no problem with it, but it just puts stress on time-dependent situations like this.
Any ideas on who might be able to do quality custom rings in an amount of time that would work for us? Or might this even be a standard wrap that some of you might have seen out there somewhere??
Thanks in advance for your input!
