Trouble contacting Pearlman''s?

I''ve loved browsing Pearlman''s site and have been trying to contact them in regards to a Bev K band I''m considering.

I called a bunch of times about a month ago, but always got a recording to leave a message. I also submitted my contact info & questions in the "request more info" slot on the website about 4 times since. I tried calling them yesterday and today, but no answer either.

I''m not in a hurry at all to get the item, but would really love to have some questions answered.
I checked my SPAM filter on my email, and nothing from Pearlmans was sent to me.
Any one else have trouble contacting Pearlmans?

Michigan has been having some crazy weather lately, which might be part of the delay, along with the holidays? I usually get a response fairly quickly.

Are you emailing them directly at the address on the website?

They are usually really good about responding but I haven''t contacted them in inclement weather. I say wait till Monday and give it another try.

They closed early on Wednesday and won''t reopen until Monday. I have had a few e-mails bounced back as undeliverable, so they may be having techinical difficulties with e-mail and their site. I''m working with Julian on a project and he did say that they would be open on Monday, the 5th.

they are closed on the weekends so that is why you haven''t gotten a response over the past couple of days. i had trouble when I used the form on the site a long time and go and ever since just email them at info (at)pearlmansjewelers.com. that should get you a response. Calling tomorrow would probably be a good idea too.
