Too many choices!

I've been reading these forums and it seems like a great place to get some feedback.

My budget, ~3k give or take a few hundred.

I'm looking for a quality diamond (who isn't). Based on research, cut is most important, so I've been limiting my search to Ideal+
Color, I really find it hard to distinguish the variety of color online so I've been going for anything above I-H.
I've recently discovered the HCA scoring, and I'm targeting under 2.
Clarity, again this is hard without seeing a diamond first hand so I'm hoping for VS1 and up.
Size, based on all those factors and budget, I'm finding I'll get between a .5 and .7 which is ok with me.

This one has a blue fluoresce, not sure how noticeable that will be, or if she'll like it (personally I do but I'm not the one wearing it).

Does anyone have other suggestions?
Comments on these diamonds? Do I keep searching or is this about as good as I'll get for my budget?
