Toi et Moi Pearl Rings

@yssie asked if I would consider a ring or bracelet instead of earrings for the blue 8mm Akoya pair I just bought from Moline. I'm compiling some twin pearl settings here but am hoping someone else has some ideas/inspiration saved! Please post any ideas for me if you run across them Thank you!

My hands are big, index and middle are size 7.5+, ring finger is 6.5+. For reference, here are my only toi et moi (~23mm long) and my 12-12.5mm Tahitian pearl ring:

Nothing to add ring wise as the OP has some very nice inspiration ring designs!

If I were to opt for a bracelet/bangle, I would avoid a twisty open cuff one as the non-pearl ones I have seen do not line up properly after a few wears.

Therefore, I would prefer to make an open cuff bangle with a hinge at the bottom in a more solid construction, and not a thinner twisty design.

Hope that makes sense.

To add more bling, I would set each pearl in a diamond halo.

I love the brooch but I bought a brooch a few months ago and have never worn it.....But I definitely wear rings!

I was looking at haloed earrings because we know the best way to emphasize color is to have some contrast, so throwing these blues into white halos would definitely do that!

And yes, I've seen the twisting too. It shows up even on product photos!

Many years ago, I had 2 PP rings made with freshadama so that I can wear them however I want, on 2 hands, together or even with a diamond band in between.
If I going to do a bangle, which I am considering now, I would have 2 pearls (same color/different sizes, or same size/different colors) next to each other on one side and scatter diamonds or channel of diamonds start from there to cover the top of the wrist. The oval bangle will have the opening (gap) on the inside of my wrist and as thick as the cartier love bangle I have… See if you would like that bold look.

I love the sound of your bangle, something about the two matchy-matchy pearls on opposite sides doesn't quite grab me but your idea sounds amazing.

The bracelet I was eyeing was the Chopard Happy Heart with MOP, which looks great on their website. However, when I tried it on in their store in London, the mis-alignment after just putting it on my wrist bugged me, so I opted for another piece instead.

A few weeks back I purchased a 14kt rose gold Victorian pearl bypass ring. The design was absolutely beautiful, but the pearls looked a *lot* the worse for wear.

I contacted Takahashi and bought 2 of their beautiful 8mm akoyas with pink overtones, shipped them off to DKJ, and they did the switcheroo for me.

And voila!

The pearls aren't showing up well, but it's a very grey day here in Massachusetts and pearls don't really help one out in the photographic sense. Suffice to say, their luster is beautiful and their overtone is a pinky-mauve.

I hadn't seen it -- absolutely stunning!

These are ideally going into a 10-stone ring that's basically two stacked bands, to wear on my index or middle fingers. I don't want to jinx it but I should have confirmation within the next two weeks at the latest. I saw a design that I thought was super fun from the beginning so I'm really hoping it works out!
