Today's our 10th Manniversary

I met my SO ten years ago today.
For some reason he hasn't dumped me yet.

Since we are both men we are not married so I can't call it an anniversary, but that's another thread for another time.
Someone came up with the term Manniversary.
I thought that was clever.

Well I'm sort of cheating.
It's a mix from Trader Joe's, just add 3 eggs, a stick of melted butter and water.

We didn't have any flour so I buttered the two round pans and used Bisquick instead of flour to dust the pans.
Hope the kitchen doesn't explode.

I love how cakes smell when they bake.
