Tipping in Las Vegas

I have never been to Las Vegas and I haven't ever traveled much. How much is usual to tip and who to tip? If I order room service, do I tip on the bill plus cash to the person who brings? What about shuttle drivers (both hotel and tour company)? I know housekeeping, but daily or at end? (Hotel is $170/night if that matters. Non smoking. Not a casino.) Anyone I am missing? I don't want to offend anyone by offering or by offering too little!
How many $1 bills should I get for tipping? (3 days)

I tip the person who brings my room service a few bucks (3-5,usually). Shuttle drivers get 1-2 dollars. I leave $10 for housekeeping at the end of my 2-4 day stay. Sometimes more if the room required more cleaning than would typically be expected.
I’d bring a couple 10s, a few 5s, and $20 in singles. That ought to be pleeeenty.

ETA: check the room service bill to see if gratuity has already been added. I forget that places do that—usually I just sign the bill without checking it and hand over some cash.
