Tiffanys fancy shape 3 stone question

Hi
I just recently bought my fiance a 1.38 round stone.
I want the setting to look exactly like this tiffany setting.
Can it be done? I had our jeweler make a setting like it but the band is way to thin not thick and rounded like the tiffany. Does not look like it at all. The pear shapes on the side look very nice though. What size pears should be on the sides with a 1.38c round center?

If you are looking for a custom setting, below are a few guys who have online sites you can check out with good quality products. Personally, I've had 3 custom pieces done by Tradeshop (one was a Tiffany Etoile type band) and the others were self designed.
