Tiffany - which country is the cheapest?

Hello all. I am new here. With a strong usd against other currencies, is it cheaper to buy in europe or asia? Thanks

I have not so far bought from the Tiffany site but to my eyes the USD prices are lower compared to the UK ones, even before taxes and shipping are accounted for.
