I do love that band! Ohhh....someone posted earlier that they had the band and were going to get smaller bands to flank it. My question to everyone out there...is it worth it? I''m still trying to figure out if I can get it in all 18K gold two-tone vs 18K and platinum. I just don''t like the "weight" of platinum.

Investment or not... those surely look great

I don''t think there is a YG only version, but the one with platinum "X" accents doesn''t feel havy at all.

I have the band - platinum with 18kt yellow gold X''s. I love it. I never thought of it as an investment, I just love the design and want to wear it when wearing a large diamond would not be appropriate. And yes I was thinking about flanking it with small 1.00ct round eternity bands. I have not done that yet, but think about it everyday. I do have it "flanked" now with 2 thin 18kt. gold bands. I bought those as "stoppers" to help keep it on. My left ring finger is a 5 and I do want to wear the band on my right hand, which the ring finger is a 5.5. So, the thin gold bands solved that problem, but they do add a little more to the band, which I like. To me, the band is such a classic. It is my first Tiffany purchase, other than simple silver things. I do feel it was expensive for what it is. But, I have loved it for some time. And it was an impluse purchase the night after our anny dinner in Maui - so lots of memories. And our daughter will someday have it. I did not know they made the ring in other metals.
I''ll try to posts pics sometime soon.

OMG...I just tried it on in the store! How beautiful! On my smaller-than-a-size-4 finger the diamonds looked HUGE! The size fit pretty well too although it did slide down my finger a bit but the jeweler recommended me not going smaller as your fingers do swell in the summer.

I love it! I tried it on with the knife edge bands and a plain one but didn''t like the look. I agree that a thin pave band is the way to go!
