Tiffany Legacy

I was looking at Tiffany Legacy listings online, and I saw this one. The workmanship looks poor. The ring has the Tiffany mark (crooked) and even some kind of serial number. Is this fake?

I would say definitely a fake, but am not an expert. I've never seen a tiffany that wonky ... May be a little off in small places but that's a lot off in many places. The crooked stamp is also a major red flag ... I've seen them off centre top to bottom slightly, but not crooked

Is the stamp typically that high (runs under the basket/stone)?
