Tiffany Legacy....so excited!!

I've always, always wanted a Tiffany Legacy they were really big when I was a teenager. I remember showing my dad the legacy, and he was just like 'that's fancy, hope you get it one day!' Well, that day is now, years after it's been discontinued I found a pretty loved one and stalked it once in a while, and finally thought, today's the day!! I cannot wait to get it. Despite owning many other very beautiful rings, including really nice diamond rings, I've never been able to get over the cut on the center stone of the Tiffany Legacy. Since I realize it had been discontinued, I didn't want it to be the one that got away. Can't wait to get it in my hands.

Oh Indy, I am SO incredibly happy for you! I can just feel your excitement & can’t wait to see it!

I was the same with the Tiffany Twist bangle, ever since my lovely & long gone dad explained the Möbius strip to me when I was 15. I coveted that bangle, with no inside, no outside, no middle, beginning or end, but it was a brand new line (1990’s) & I was a poor student. I finally got one about 5 years ago with my dads words ringing in my ears & yeah…… I can’t help but FEEL it. We all covet that special piece with meaning.

I found a Tiffany cert online, most of the pavillion is step-cut and the crown modified brilliant. What a lovely design!! Why isn't it being made - or copied - anymore?
 
I wish I knew why it's not being made anymore! Maybe it's more work to make over a standard round or cushion? I truly have no idea though. It could just be that styles and preferences have changed as well.

The excitement is so much fun. I've been a fan of jewelry for so long that I almost feel like I've run out of things to enjoy; there are of course still a couple of pieces that I really want, but I've seen a lot of what's out there, so the window shopping isn't quite as fun anymore. This felt like a little old-school Christmas magic ✨
 
Oh my I have always loved the legacy, I still have a pic in my phone from where i tried one on in 2013 or so. Can't wait to see yours!

That feeling of excitement and the anticipation of getting a dream piece of jewelry is so special and I'm excited right along with you! Love the Legacy, can't wait to see it!
 
Many apologies, but my photos are atrocious. The Tiffany Legacy did not disappoint. I feel like it's my one true love. It feels like finding the person you want to spend the rest of your life with, and then you look back and every ex-boyfriend looks like a clown. I had no idea I would love this tiny little thing so much. It's a .37 carat Center stone, and the cut is just fantastic. All of my other rings are boring to me right now. It's a little bit sad because I just bought a beautiful 2 carat pinkish pear diamond, but I'm totally done with it for the time being while I wear this legacy all the time. I even wear it to sleep. I love that the halo is slim around it, and fits to proportion with the small stone. The miligrain is lovely, and everything is set low and smooth. It just really works. Side note - I said I absolutely wouldn't buy anything else ever again (after a very busy jewelry year buying myself a natural pearl necklace which Pearl Paradise strung for me, my pinky diamond and a Colombian emerald both set by David Klass, and now this legacy), or at least for the next six months, but I just bought a 2 carat lab ruby from Gene at Precision Gem today. Whoops. I'll share that once I get it. It's my first lab gemstone. Sometimes when you get lucky with your finds, you keep getting lucky!

Your other rings will come back to life but how wonderful that you have this incredible ring! I looked them up when you ordered yours and of course now I want one. Such an interesting cut and done perfectly in the Tiffany way. I'm so happy for you!

Aww thank you everyone! I had been in a little bit of a jewelry funk for a while thinking that I had seen most of everything out there, so it's exciting to have the joy back. The cut on the center stone is really something else.

I love it! I tried one on around 2013 or so that was around 1.4 carats or so and I still dream about it. Congrats to you!
