Anyone know or have experience with any jewelers that specialize with the Tiffany Legacy Replica in the Washington DC area. I live in Arlington, VA.

http://www.exceldiamonds.com/ in NYC diamond district seems to get good reviews but I don''t want to have to travel to NYC if there any reputable dealers around the DC area. Let me know.

Also looking to compliment the setting with a 1.0 + carat cushion stone.
