Hi all,
I''ve been reading this forum for a couple of weeks now, and noticed what a great help you guys are. Soooo, I have my heart set on the Tiffany Legacy Setting, replica, that is...

but I can''t decide what setting would look better with it, the bezel or the prong one. I am concerned about how is it possible to clean the bezel one, and wether it will cover a part of the stone. I want it to look as big and as spackly as possible.

If anyone has any hand shouts, or more pictures, please post them.
Thanks for your help!!!!

well, if you want it close to the real legacy, that stone is bezel set so I''d go that route. Mark t has done some pretty legacy inspired settings so you might check out his website...www.engagementringsdirect.com

Great choice - i love legacy-esque settings...

I think the prongs are quite a different look... The legacy is bezel with milgrain which is beautiful.
It is probable that prongs allow more light etc etc but in my experience, a bezel enhances the stone and I love how it sits low and flush... it has a very antique look.

This is a discussion regarding bezel vs prong halo settings that you might find useful... it has pictures for comparison.
