Tiffany has a new engagement ring

Has anyone been to Tiffany recently? SO and I went in on thursday and I got to try on a new ring this just designed. It's not on the website yet and we didn't hear the name of it well but it's a cushion center with a double halo a slight split shank and side stones. The total carat weight for the side stones was .37. It was gorgeous! I'll have to keep checking the website for it. They haven't even designed a matching wedding band yet. Anyone else seen this ring?

Sounds like the Soleste. I tried that one on recently and was blown away by how beautiful it was. In our local store, the largest they had it in was .54 though. While it looked amazing and had quite the low price tag compared to the others we liked, my SO wanted to see it bigger (go figure, he's more concerned with the size than I am). They are ordering one in 1.01 and 1.5 that should be here in a day or two. We wonder if they'll look lovely or be too overpowering. I don't like costume jewelry so it could look too large. Anyway, hope that helps. It's the Soleste and it is gorgeous in just a half carat!

I think that would make a nice right hand ring because it has more of a cocktail ring appearance than an e-ring, at least to me.

I like it, especially with a yellow diamond.

I do agree it could pass for a cocktail ring (I feel the same way about the Legacy, especially set with a gem stone), but I don't think there is anything wrong with that.

The longer I've been married, the more I like the "non traditional" look for an e ring. Just my preference.

My DF proposed on V-Day with the yellow diamond soleste. I don't think it looks too cocktail-y, but I am a big fan of halos/micropave settings. I am absolutely in love with it and love how the setting looks like sparkly icing!!!

Thanks for posting replies! I was wondering what was up since I didn't see the ring on the website for several months! I randomly went on Tiffany.com a few days ago and saw it then came on here and googled. I love the Soleste. I just told my SO again that I really do love that ring. I didn't want to take it off when I tried it on in December. Even the 1 carat center had so much finger coverage on my size 6 finger.
