I was wondering if i can get any thoughts/opinions on this diamond and also if it would be considered a good deal? Thanks in advance!

the gemologist said that the inclusion is light gray and blends really well into the table. my biggest concern is the cavity at the edge even though she said it is negligible. i was wondering if anybody has any experience with cavities on their diamond and its effect on durability.
