thoughts on this vs stone

Thank you for the options. I have others I like just not the shape size cut match that the aforementioned stone is. I'm just concerned about that inclusion. Ill mark the others down as alternatives.

Thanks

Thank you I agree in fact both look more colorless than I though a j would ... I had limited my searches to h and higher and some h stones looked rather yellow. I would be placing the stone on a platinum setting, possibly white gold do you think j will still appear colorless in the real world?

I suggest you stick to H and above.

What are the other ones you are considering?

I honestly think the 1.53 J would look good in a platinum setting. It's quite a bit bigger than the radiant. If you're worried about color tough, I think radiant is a good alternative. I guess it depends on what's more important to you...size or a slight tint?

I like the idea of larger, I guess I just wonder if the tint is really apparent in a j . I went and looked at g h and I at a store today I could see the tint in I under a white light but felt it was more murky than yellow they were all vg cuts but pretty bad si stones i know not all si are bad but these wernt those.

I'm just curious how j looks in non ideal real life I.e. sun, florescent and incandecent lights.

If you detected a slight tint in an H stone (provided it was graded by GIA or AGS) then I definitely wouldn't drop any lower. A J will definitely have a slight tint from the side and the larger the Ct weight the more apparent the tint is.

I happen to like the stone you picked have you called them and asked if it is eye clean.

An I or a J can look quite white when veiwing them face up but when viewing through the pavilion (side) you will notice a slight warmth or tint to the stone more so if its not well cut. If you aren't sure how you feel about this then I would definitely recommend staying H or higher. Oh and radiants tend to hold more body color than some other shapes.

Thank you so hard to tell color on the screen images and I honestly believe the enlarged images diffuse any tint. Worst case I can always risk it and buy then return if its not acceptable ... also requested my ja rep check the initial stone I mention for eye cleanliness. I am really tempted by those j color stones though.

Thanks everyone for being so helpfull
