Not sure about the inclusion on the table though.

Nice IS.

Inclusion on the table looks really small to me. Also looks quite white for an I.

The inclusion is so small. It looks tiny in the enlarged video! Have you talked to the gemologist on staff to confirm that it won't be a problem? They'd give you the best advice. But it is a really good looking stone!
