Thoughts on this setting

My gf really likes this setting. And so do I! So my questions are:

1. Anyone heard of or know anything about the Memoire brand? Good stuff?
2. It is an eternity band...I know there''s lots of back and forth on pros and cons to it, but my gf loves it and is willing to risk the cons. Do you think the spacing between these stones would cause pinching or uncomfort?

hmm...I thought I had more questions! I guess in general I want people''s thoughts on this band. I''m sure I''ll get a lot of "it''s pretty. If you like it, that''s all that matters." but I wanted to throw it out there anyway.

I''m definitely going with a 1.5-2ct round stone in it (like pictured).

Memoire has a great reputation: their bands are specifically designed to avoid girdle rubbing when worn with the matching wedding band. With a 1.5-2 ct. center stone, it should look fabulous.

It is very pretty, but I would do a search for Memoire in the Pricescope search engine and see if you can bring up any postitive or negative feedback on the comfort of that band. Pearlman''s is a very reputable vendor on this site with lots of positive feedback, and they also carry Memoire, so you might want to contact them for their thoughts and perhaps pricing information. Congrats, BTW!

Love Memoire and think they do excellent work. On the erings, I don''t dig their prongs as much.

In case you are in NC, I bought a Memoire band (not set) from Karat Patch in Charlotte. I''d strongly recommend buying the diamond from a PS vendor, though.

When I was shopping for my replacement rings I tried on a Memoire shared prong eternity band and I still think about that gorgeous ring.

The quality was obvious and it was just yummy. I purchased a facets eternity band, didn''t have the budget for the memoire and wanted to pick my stone color and the exact diamond size, ANYHOW, I have not heard anything negative about Memoire in my time on these boards. The setting you are looking at is very pretty!
