Thoughts on this oval

So I just purchased an oval diamond as a slight upgrade online. I currently have an oval and this one is slightly larger than my current one. I am trying to decide if I should keep it or not. It is only slightly larger than my current stone which is 7.54x5.01 D SI1 and the new one is 7.78x5.22 F SI1. I was told it is eye clean and has minimal bowtie. I attached photos of the new one and my current in my ring, thoughts?

Well, the pictures arent great but it certainly looks like it has potential. Honestly, for an upgrade it
seems like a lot of effort for not much gain but if you are willing to go through the effort and you
think the stone performs well then go for it. Have you considered coming down to a G and gaining
more size? I know you probably want to stay in your same setting size wise. Not sure how big
you can go.

I'm concerned about the bowtie on the new one, it looks like it has more of one then my current. What are your thoughts? I'd prefer to stick to color less because my current is a D so i didn't want to go much lower.

I do notice the size difference between the two stones, but it's subtle. The bow tie does look pretty prominent in the last few pictures posted. If this is already bothering you, it always will and I would definitely keep looking!

Yes if you already see the Katie it's not going to disappear. For such a small increase in size, not worth it to me.
