Thoughts on this ACA WF diamond

Hi all,

Would love to hear your thoughts on this ACA diamond that I'm strongly considering. Do you think this VS1 will be eye clean from all angles? I had to return a VS2 diamond because I could see the black inclusion. Apparently I have hawk eyes...

Ask them to have their person with the hawk eyes take a look at it for you and give an opinion.

Quoting the sales rep " We feel that this is an accurately graded I color and in terms of clarity verified that it is 100% eyeclean from all angles from as close as the eye can focus. This diamond does have dark crystal inclusions, but those are only visible under a minimum of a 10X loupe and even then they are not immediately obvious".

Are you colour sensitive too? There might be a slight tint in an I of this size.

I have never seen a VS1 that wasn't very, very clean. The inclusions are normally hard to find with a 10x loupe. So no hesitation on VS1. That happens to be my favorite clarity for a ring stone. My primary diamond ring is I VS1, too! 2.9 cts is a great size! You get the benefit of 3 ct size without the price jump at 3 cts!

Snowdrop13: I'm inclusion sensitive, but could not tell the difference between H or I diamonds face up!
Diamondseeker2006: Thank you for your advice. I wish I was able to see the diamond before I wire the money. Need to have the stone sent to an appariser and WF has been very helpful so far.

their return policy is "no questions asked", so it's not a big risk IMO. I can't imaging a VS1 having any inclusions you could see with the naked eye. We can be 2.9 ACA twins! lol
