Here are some images. There are some inclusions on the top, but I don't think they will that noticeable unless you really look hard.

It's a bit deep and the inclusions bother me. What's your budget? Inclusions on the table are the worst and if you know where they are they'll become more annoying over time....at least for me. Can you go down to a J if it has fluorescence?

You want to look for stones that have a depth of no more than 62.3. A well cut 1.5 ct stone will be close to 7.4mm. That stone faces up like a 1.4 ct stone. You would be far better off looking in the 1.3-1.4 range and getting a better quality stone. I would pass on this one because it just won't look like 1.5 cts.

Looks really good, can you get an Ideal Scope picture?

The thick girdle is what boosts it to 1.5 cts, but GIA penalizes it with a VG cut grade, which gives you a discount. You will not find a GIA EX or AGS Ideal at this price point. It depends how important the "1.5 cts" is to you. As DS said, faces up smaller than some better cuts, so if your gf really wants 1.5 cts and your budget is 8000, this is a good choice. Or you can go to J color

Awesome, thanks for the help! I don't think I can go to J color, but I can go smaller. Thanks!

Check out this I1, it has a large feather waaay off to the side near the girdle: http://www.jamesallen.com/#!/loose-diamonds/round-cut/1.50-carat-H-color-I1-clarity-Very-Good-cut-sku-188674

Not really seeing anything else good in that price range (7700 is before any discounts?)

I mean, if the original I SI2 is eye-clean I would get that. It is one thing to say you should look in the 1.3/1.4 range, but there are not many 1.4x anyway and 1.3 is noticeably smaller.
