thoughts on diamond

Hi guys,

Been pulling my hair out looking for a diamond.
I have been going back and forth with Paul from beyond 4 c's and spending hours in James Allen.

Anyway I have been in talks with me jeweller and this diamond fits all the proportions and Looks pretty good to me.

Any feed back would be appreciated.

He sent me 2 others but they don't fit within the proportions that Paul from beyond 4 c's outlines.

It's in Australian dollars too.

Also I had these 2 ones too that I was sent. If you could have a look that would be much appreciated. Although the proportions weren't quite as good the carrot sizes were bigger but slightly more expensive. I believe the one I posted previously to be a better diamond, but I am no expert. Also do you know how I get the ideal scope for these diamonds?

HI sorry I been to see the jeweller today and he recommended not to get the 1.5 carrot as it had an inclusion in the centre but he did show me this one which I think is good. Meets all the proportions. It is 13077 Australian dollar.

I plann to put it in a rose gold setting. So the colour is a bit low but I have researched that and I colour is still ok in rose gold

Looks great. Those are hearts and arrows, an idealscope/ASET would be nice but I don't foresee any problems. It's not perfect hearts and arrows but has pretty good symmetry and the photo looks good Seems a nice jeweller you have there. I prefer this stone to the 1.40 but try get a reflector image if you can

ditto gm89uk, the images look really nice for the 1.5 and it's considerably larger than the first stone. I will be totally fine in rose gold. What are the inclusions for the 1.5? It looks particularly clean so must be twinning wisps or clouds?

Yes he's been very good and patient with me. Just have to make my mind up now. The 1.34 is a k colour so would be clearer but the 1.51 just that bit bigger which is nice. Will try to get the reflection image. Either way I'm sure I won't be disappointed

Not too sure what the inclusion are but just know they are on the sides and not the centre so won't be anywhere near as noticeable as the other one. I will have to ask about the eye clean part and what inclusions the actually are. So far they are wisps or clouds that would be ok to go with? Side by side on the comparison they look quiet the same size but I guess it the bragging right of the 1.5, not that I'm too fussed just want a quality stone at the end of the day. But if the 1.5 is going to be fantastic in a rose gold may as well go with that one. Have. Some thinking to do

For what it's worth, at least for me. Paul from 4Cs was a tremendous help and help me pick a diamond i was very happy with!
