Thought on this round diamond

I've been looking for a diamond the last few months and it's been quite hard to find a great deal with diamond prices going up. My brother bought a 1.42 carat G/L1 excellent cut diamond last year from jared for around 5k which looks beautiful. I've been trying to find a decent diamond with similar specs (dont want my girl to think I'm cheap by buying a much smaller diamond lol) but can't really find anything close. I did find a 1.21 carat G/L1 diamond from James Allen that scored a 1 on the HCA calculator. What are your thought on this diamond. Are there too many inclusions? Here is the link:

Any thoughts are appreciated, thanks!

Appears to be a nice stone. Talk to JA about how eye-clean it is and whether any inclusions can be hidden under prongs.

My advise would be put the diamond on hold so other people can't reserve it and ask them to see if it's eye clean(or the inclusions are at the place where can be covered by prong) etc. they will give you honest answer about it.

they will do one free evaluation up to 3 stones for you so also best if you can find two other stone that you will be interested and have them compare for you

Thanks for the info everyone. I'm currently having a house built and after re-evaluating my budget I decided to go a little less expensive for the engagement ring and just upgrade a few years down the road. I wanted to keep my budget under 4k, but still have a decent sized stone with decent quality. I found a good .90ct stone from bluenile that scored a 1.0 on the HCA. It just has a few twinning wisps on the stone (which from my researching isn't really bad?). Let me know your thoughts on this stone. Thanks!
