Hi, I was browsing this morning and noticed this site has lots of beautiful looking jewelry for very low prices. This is a scam, right? Does anybody know what the deal is?

Thanks!!
Yes. The url is for auto repair. All the photos are stolen from legit sites.

Yep. This is a 100% scam website!!!

They've stolen loads of our photos.

Here's an example of one of their page: https://www.kimairparkautorepair.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=1_2_3_4_16_34&products_id=549

Here's our original: https://www.estatediamondjewelry.com/product/vintage-aquamarine/

As you can see, they also went to our social media and stole our artistic photos as well. And watermarked their logo over our pictures!

I'm not even sure where to start to fight this...
Your photos are your IP, so it is a copyright violation. You could work with an attorney to issue a take-down notice. @MollyMalone might be able to advise more.

I love that they go so far as to watermark stolen photos *forehead slap*

This sort of thing happens all the time. I began feeling like a dog chasing its tail when I tried to report them. It's shitty but happens all of the time (especially on ebay).
