Basically this seems to be exactly what I'm looking for as an engagement ring. Only thing that concerns me is the symmetry is just "good." Is that an issue? Also, any idea what the general price is for such a thing (website doesn't give them ....I'll call during the week). I am thinking it's likely around 10-12k?

Sorry for a final question, but GoG is basically the only source for these, right?

Thanks!!!

I just thought i''d pass a long a trick that I learned on GOG. I discovered that you can see the price of a diamond If you click on the "Reserve Diamond" link on the top right side of the page, it takes you a sort of check-out page where it lists the price of the diamond.

The Square H&A that you''re interested in is $14,109.

I also really like that particular cut of diamond... unfortunately I can''t answer your other questions in regard to symmetry and finding other Square H&A''s. The only thing that i''ve found that is similar is a cushion cut with a length/width ratio of 1.05- l.00. They''re much cheaper too.

Hopefully that helps....

Excellent tip regarding the price check, that definitely helps, thank you.

Most likely not. It has been said that one can''t see the difference from Good on up with the naked eye. It looks like a very pretty stone!

But if you have questions, just ask them about it when you call. They''ll be honest with you.
