Ok, so I started learning on here a couple years ago actually. After much research I purchased the diamond I wanted through a PS vendor, Union Diamond, and had a great experience with them. My plan was to purchase the stone then, and save up to purchase the setting of choice at a later time. So a few weeks ago I went with the Ritani Endless Love Halo in plat, ordered it from Finks in Norfolk, VA.
So... I proposed this past weekend! We were on hiking on a cliff on top of a mountain in Shenandoah National Park in VA (I knew I wanted to propose on a mountain-top), and it was amazing. She loves her ring!!!!!
She says it's perfect, so that makes me happy! All the research on here paid off for sure. I know I feel so much more knowledgeable now, especially when I know more than sales consultants in stores, ha. And I know there wouldn't have been any way for me to afford anything like what I ended up with without PS. I also know there're already some posts/pics of this ring on here, but I thought I'd post a few we've taken so far! Let us know what you think.
You're probably going to want some specs... so it's a 1.12c RB center stone, I, mb flouro, eyeclean SI2, ideal cut of course! There's about another 1/4 c of pave in the setting. Her finger size is 4.75, but I think we may have to add some sizing beads or a sizing bridge at some point.
