We just met with Deborah to have our engagement ring appraised. She was very courteous and friendly. The appraisal process was done in front of us, and she explained every step she did. It made us feel comfortable and built trust. She explained the value process of the ring. She even showed us how to clean the ring properly. We will definitely go to her for future appraisals.
