Just wanted to recommend this movie to you all. It was FABULOUS and definitely worth fighting the crowds to catch it in the theater.

I saw it on Saturday. I''m not a Brad Pitt fan, but it''s a very good movie overall. I still think Sean Penn deserves the best actor award for ''Milk''.

i HATE brad Pitt but i do want to see this one.
FI and i saw Valkyrie on Saturday and i really liked it.

I haven''t seen Milk. I will check that out.

I have to say that Brad Pitt did a great job and boy is he yummy.

We saw it last night and I cried through the entire movie. Seriously, I felt like there was something sad in every scene. Very good though.

We were going to see it tonight, but it''s 2 hours and 47 minutes long! That''s too long for me, even if it is an excellent movie. Think we will see Doubt instead.

thanks for posting. i was wondering about the movie. dont know if i will go to the cinema, but do plan on seeing it now

Oohh we want to go see that! We saw Seven Pounds and it was by far Will Smiths BEST MOVIE EVER. I cried and cried at the end, it was soooooo good, no matter how sad it was.

I saw this movie last night and really enjoyed it. Brad Pitt is yummy I have to say! (even though his wife is a bit of a wack job!)

I''ve heard many good reviews of this movie but I''m with indypitty, 2:47 is realllly long!!! Did it feel like 3 hours?? I will probably end up seeing it in the theatres though before it''s time to go back to work on the 5th!

Milk and Doubt are also on my list of movies to see. I watched Seven Pounds a few nights ago and cried like a baby too....SO GOOD!

Sammy, it really didn''t feel like almost 3 hours to me personally. It was so good that I''m glad it was that long! I would''ve watched it for another hour!

Thanks for the recommendation, I was on the fence about seeing it in the theaters or waiting for DVD.

We saw it the other night. It was awesome. I highly recommend seeing it! What a wonderful story!!!

no, it did not feel long at all. writing, acting, directing all came together. i forget what finally got my tears flowing but once they did, it was hard to stop. lots to be learned in this tale.

ps THE READER is an excellent watch also.

OMG...mine started in the beginning when BB was born. I looked rediculous at the end of the movie and my fiance waited with me for a few minutes so I could semi pull myself together. It did not seem that long at all. I love it when long movies keep you so captivated that you leave wanting more. However, I really liked that there were not a ton of left open questions at the end of this one.
