Hi
My very best wishes to each and every member of this forum.Let peace and happiness be there when ever it is needed.

Ye to the biz now.The pics are shown to u here are blue sapphire,(let us not go to the contest) :lol: ........there are informations available that there will be a notable difference between a sapphire heated and natural,ok....now i have seen color bands in natural sapphire,will it remain as it is after heating?...

These stones came to me from a contact.....

Growth zoning does not go away with heating. Silk rutile usually does, or at least breaks down so you have short instead of long silk.

Correct, colour zoning will still be apparent in a heated sapphire. The growth lines are interesting to look at, aren’t they?

Of course,you are right,i have seen the growth lines in many rough stones,but those were not silky,however it really nice to know,i am trying with my rubies too...let me try n post the observation once it is done properly......but generally i doesn't like to cook the natural stuff..
