jenc8866 said:I finally got a call back from the store about my ring last Friday but when I got there, the side of the ring is crooked! There's a pretty big bulge on one of the sides, so we have to ship it back to Tacori to fix it. Now I have to do more waiting. They told me 7-10 days, but since it took me longer to get the ring in the first place, I'm not hopeful that I will get it back in 2 weeks.

I was hoping they would make me a new one. they didnt, but the result was like new. Trust me, when you get it back, you will be very happy with it. Did you try the ring? I have problems with the ring size. My ring was sized up from 4.25 to 4.5. My size is 4.5. However, it still feels a bit snug at 4.5. Probably gonna have it size up to 4.75 when I order my tacori I don't know if tacori ring sizes are small or what.
GiannaV said:Breezygal, I'm a 4.5 and I thought it fits fine. Sometimes when it's cold, it'll be more loose and when it's warm, it'll be more snug. This is probably due to the chemistry of metal contracting/expanding or maybe my fingers shrivel up when it's cold
Not sure if that was the case for you.

Whenever I take off my ring (even when i have been in the cold rain for a whole day), it makes my knuckle all red. It creates a little blister at the sides of my knuckle. I don't wear my ring 24/7. I take it off when I'm home. I want to be able to take it off without creating a blister on my finger. It also creates a LITTLE dent on my finger (maybe a bit snug?). I think I'll resize it up to 4.75 and have my wb made in 4.75 also. Maybe it's my stupid knuckle. My FI doesn't want me to size up because he is scared it will fall off. However, I want it to fit comfortably.

Hmm..I guess depending on the Ering style you have, when a ring size changes, everything else on there has to change. Have you tried measuring your ring size again? Try measuring w/ a different jeweler... If tacori made a mistake and made your e-ring smaller than what was on the paper work, they should make you another one if it's not fixable.
jenc8866 said:My problem isn't the ring size but the quality of ring. Frankly, it was disappointing. The edges of the ring are bumpy. I know Tacori is supposed to be handmade and I can accept some some small variations, but we are talking about some major bulges. I just hope the next ring is going to be better.
