Tacori Help

I have had the opportunity to read about PunchPile75''s saga with Tacori. I am going through my own personal situation right now about a e-ring that was ordered incorrectly and I can''t get Tacori or the Jeweler to take full responsibility and of course they want to charge me more to correct the problem. The only means I have of contacting Tacori is by email and the response time is to say the least less than speedy. I noticed in a previous post that Punch had called Tacori about the order, I can''t seem to find a number for Tacori anywhere, does anyone know how I go about contacting Tacori by phone.

Thanks for the info I greatly appreciate it. I can honestly say that my problem is not as complicated as the other story. I ordered an e-ring and it had to be custom made because of the larger center stone. I was told that Tacori offered the ring in a 1/2, 3/4 or fully engraved around the band. I ordered 3/4 so that the ring could be resized if needed later on. When I got the ring it arrived only 1/2 around, the jeweler is telling me that Tacori messed up the order and Tacoir so far by email is telling me that they never received anything different than the standard 1/2 way around engraved on the original order. The Jeweler knows that I wanted 3/4 and charged me for such, however they won''t take any responsibility for the mistake. I have order a matching band for the ring as well and that was 3/4 around so they don''t match. I can''t seem to get anywhere with either the Jeweler or Tacori and neither will offer a solution other than paying more money for the same ring I ordered orignially. I will try to give Tacori a call and see what they say.

Ok, I found a number that works (81863-1536. Thanks for your help I will post with follow up info to my problem.
