Switching out CZs for diamonds? shared prong marquise band

Finally I'm getting around to switch out the CZs for diamonds in a cute little shared prong marquise band that DH gave me long ago during our tighter budget years, which I love. I've looked for a replica, but it seems nobody makes one this way. So either I need to buy loose stones, and another ring from the same costume jeweler (it's still in the catalog), and have them switched, or have a ring custom made altogether. Alternatively, I can have a full eternity made. I may lean that direction, anyway.

Thoughts? Suggestions?
