Surprise Stone Quality

Hi,

I'm having a few surprise stone put into a custom ring, 2 small rubies in the gallary area and 1 sapphire & 1 peridot on the inside of the band. Should I be concerned with the quality of the stones since they are some small?

I would want to make sure the color will be correct once set, and also make sure they aren't included to the point that it affects durability.
