Suggestions?

Well, the time has finally come for my knee to finally bend... and I have no idea how I am going to do it! I want to completely surprise her, but it must not be anything out of the ordinary or she will know. Any type of big set up and she will know immediately. I was thinking maybe giving her a book with something written in it??? Any suggestions?
