Good day my fellow PSers! Hope today is a happy day for you!
I am asking this question for a friend of mine. she is looking around for her wedding jewelries, and she is eyeing on this bracelet:

As mush as she likes the design of the bracelet, she has some concerns about the old cut diamonds. I am posting here for her since I know a lot PSers here are experts with these questions.
so her concerns are:
1. would these old cut diamonds spark a lot? I have heard that OEC, esp OEC in small sizes, are not ideal for necklaces, earrings, or bracelets since OEC are bigger facets and slower reflections. she wants something that sparks like crazy. so would this bracelet good choice for her?
2. if she would want custom-make one just like this bracelet, which vendor would you recommend? is it going to be way more expensive this way?
