I am looking into settings for a 1.25ct stone and would love some input (and pictures if possible) regarding the Stuller Solstice.
I know that I want a platinum, 6-prong, but after that I''ve got questions:
Knife-edge v. Bombe - I like the look of the knife edge better, but want to make sure it won''t be uncomfortable.
Round v. Peg - Not sure here at all. Pictures would be greatly appreciated if at all possible.
I assume I''ll go with medium height if I go with the round, so would a corresponding height be low if I opt for the peg?
Also, does anyone know a measurement for the width of the shank on these? I''d love something on the narrower side (2-2.5mm), but don''t know if that is an option on the Solstice.
