Stone in setting - diamond/simultant identification

Hello,
is there any reliable way (without tester) how to say whether the stone is a natural diamond or a simultan when it is already in setting? I do not mean a rubover setting but a classic six/four prongs. Many thanks in advance.

Best to take it to a good jeweller, they should be able to tell you if it is a diamond you have or not.

There are various '' tests'' you can do but I don''t believe any of them are very accurate.
